What is a digital document?

A digital document is a simple way to capture CMR details, signatures, PODs and notes from the driver’s phone, all in one place.

How do drivers upload PODs?

Any smartphone works. Open the portal, enter the job number, attach the photo and submit. It is designed to be quick on live work.

Can I export to my accounts package?

Yes. Export CSV or spreadsheet files for your own system. Formats can be aligned for Sage, Xero or QuickBooks.

What happens if a driver is offline?

Uploads can be sent when the phone is back online, so the office still gets the paperwork without needing to rescan it later.
