What is a digital document
A digital document is a driver-friendly way to capture CMR details, signatures, PODs and notes - all from the driver’s phone, all in one place.
How do drivers upload PODs?
Any smartphone works. Open the portal, choose DigiDoc or Upload POD, add the job number, attach the photo and submit. It takes seconds.
Can I export to my accounts package?
Yes. Export CSV or XLS and import to your accounts system. We can align formats for Sage, Xero or QuickBooks on the Ops and Full Ops plans.
What happens if a driver is offline?
If a driver has no signal, uploads queue on the device and send when the phone is back online. No need to rescan paperwork later.
